Created in Santa Maria, CA for Tri-Tip grilled over Red Oak, this blend goes equally well with chicken, pork, lamb, or on your favorite veggies.
Works well as a blackening seasoning on fish or shrimp. Or sprinkle on hamburger, turkey, or salmon patties. Add to your favorite potato salad recipe for an extra kick.
Cooking Tip:
Mix 1 part Soy with 4 parts wine or beer is a spray bottle and apply over meat while cooking to enhance the flavor and add moisture.
